We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, leading the design, testing, and implementation of complex mechanical systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Develop, design, and implement complex mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the project requirements and standards.
• Oversee the creation of detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs.
• Conduct detailed analyses of mechanical systems, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems into overall project design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and CAD software.
• Proficient in conducting mechanical analyses, including FEA and CFD.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A drive for continuous learning and development.
