Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthodontic care to patients, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Communicate and review treatment plans with families, ensuring informed consent for all procedures.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical support staff, fostering collaboration and excellence in patient care.
• Cultivate a positive and professional work environment, consistently demonstrating a supportive and enthusiastic attitude.
  
  

Requirements

• BC in Orthodontics
• Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience preferred
