Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Lead PHP Developer role should have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, specifically with PHP.
- Proficiency in MySQL, LAMP stack, Symfony, Magento, Vue, Ember, and other relevant technologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practices.
- Proven experience in code review and optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for technology and a constant desire to learn and grow.
