What You’ll Do
- Lead on-site construction efforts from pre-construction through closeout
- Maintain project schedule and budget while upholding quality and safety standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and senior leadership
- Enforce safety compliance and promote a proactive safety culture on site
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and quality control practices
- Ability to manage complex construction logistics and supervise large teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Local to the Fort Myers area or open to relocation or travel
