Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family or commercial projects.
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and laws related to multi-family construction.
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
