Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to the needs of our employees and the construction industry.
- Utilize learning management systems such as Absorb and iSolved to deliver, track, and report on training initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Manage onboarding programs for new hires, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with management and HR to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for employee development.
- Leverage HRIS platforms such as Bamboo and Workday for efficient administration of learning and development initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, making necessary adjustments to enhance their impact and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Absorb and iSolved.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Bamboo and Workday.
- Proven experience in facilitating training sessions and managing onboarding programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other relevant certification is a plus.
