As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will handle a caseload of defense litigation matters (commercial, construction, premises, labor law) from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
You will conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments, collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support during trials and hearings, and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including organizing and managing documents and evidence.

- 4-7 years of experience in civil defense/plaintiff litigation -or- commercial litigation
- Knowledge of civil procedure, legal research, and writing
