As a Permanent Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include
- Managing a diverse caseload of real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing discovery requests and responses.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Associate position will possess the following qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate litigation.
- Admission to the state bar.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
- Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
