Job Details

Currently they are looking to add an Attorney with general litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, depositions, and hearings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases.
  
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the MO state bar association.
• Proven experience in handling general litigation cases.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Legal research methods and tools.
