Qualifications
- strong writing, communication, analytic, and creative thinking skills
- experience managing an individual caseload defending cases from inception through trial (Trial experience is a plus, but not required)
- experience drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery
- experience taking and defending depositions of party and non-party witnesses
- experience drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions
