Responsibilities
- Preparation and management of complex litigation cases from inception through trial.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other legal correspondence.
- Conducting extensive legal research to support the development of case strategies and legal arguments.
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation by preparing case files, exhibits, and witness materials.
- Coordinating and managing all case-related documents and information, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Liaising with clients, witnesses, court officials, and other professionals to facilitate case progression.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and other relevant regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands.
- Strong legal research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal information accurately and effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with clients and other professionals.
