Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documentation and inventory levels.
- Optimize transportation routes and costs while meeting customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipping inquiries and troubleshooting delays.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
