Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve manufacturing processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and develop end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Conduct research and experiments on machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, and stay updated with the latest advancements in these fields.
- Utilize your expertise in Python, EHR, medical coding, medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and patient billing to optimize our internal processes and systems.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in manufacturing data.
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to implement machine learning models into production.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of machine learning models and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, ML, Python, EHR, medical coding, medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and patient billing.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- Knowledge of EHR systems, medical coding, medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and patient billing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
