Must be able to read and understand Blueprints and G-Code
Must be familiar with basic machining practices involved in turning, milling, drilling, threading operations.
Must be competent reading drawings and following instructions necessary to produce usable and saleable parts.
Must be able to hold tolerances as dictated by drawings, written instructions, or industry standards.
Must be proficient with the use of, the care of, and the calibration of all types of measuring devices (i.e., micrometers [OD and ID], dial calipers, dial indicators, etc.).
Must possess and provide basic tools required for the execution of the position of manual machinist.
