This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in the Manufacturing industry where you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of plant operations. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our machinery and equipment are always in top condition. This role demands a deep understanding of automation and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for
- Overseeing and managing all repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations.
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Diagnosing faults and overseeing time-critical repairs.
- Leading, managing, and directing a high-performing maintenance team.
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance work.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Evaluating the condition of machines and predicting when maintenance will be necessary.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborating with other managers to optimize production processes.
- Staying current with the latest technologies and best practices in industrial maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with automation.
- Excellent knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components of machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Maintenance Management or a related field is a plus.
