- Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance plans for all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Provide support to the production team, offering technical guidance and assistance as needed.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to compliance regulations and safety standards.
