- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle emergency maintenance tasks as required.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance operations and activities.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with root-cause failure analysis.
- Proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise and CMMS software is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
