- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on various production equipment.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to breakdowns and equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs to ensure workplace safety and efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to maintain smooth operations.
- Accurately document work orders and preventative maintenance checklists in Upkeep Maintenance Software.
- Identify and report any parts or repairs needed to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and climb ladders when necessary.
- Willingness to work any shift as needed to support operations.
- Experience 3 years of maintenance experience in a similar role preferred.
- Technical Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical Knowledge Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (working with 480V AC to 12V DC).
- Fabrication & Welding Hands-on experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- HVAC & Plumbing Basic knowledge to support facility maintenance.
- Software Proficiency Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking software.
- Equipment Handling Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts safely.
