Huge growth potentialJob DetailsKey Responsibilities : Develop detailed bills of materials, manufacturing instructions, and process specifications.Design tooling and fixtures to improve efficiency and first-pass yield.Support production by troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading equipment.Implement process improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.Oversee new production equipment commissioning and validation.Provide input on manufacturing methods and process failure mode analysis.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness for new designs.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.Experience in mechanical system design and manufacturing process optimization.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) and engineering drawing interpretation.Knowledge of machining, welding, sintering, heat treatments, and passivation.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO) and ISO9001 / AS9100 production environments.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Interested in hearing more?
