Requirements
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing ERP systems.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, production operations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop team members and unlock their full potential.
- Experience working with EN 13485 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with departments such as finance, accounting, and R&D.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and vendors.
- Proven expertise in defining and optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Promote and uphold a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage manufacturing team members to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify, resolve, and prevent manufacturing challenges.
- Optimize and manage workflow processes to maximize productivity and operational effectiveness.
