Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Process Engineer with Powder Coating experience to join our team.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in process engineering (POWDER COATING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST).
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process, Quality Control, Powder Coating, Data Collection and Analysis.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, Fanuc Robots, and CNC knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven track record in managing projects and bringing about process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
