Job Details : We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and highly motivated ConsultingMaster Electrician to join our team in the construction industry. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team ofelectricians, planning and executing electrical projects, and ensuring allwork complies with relevant codes and regulations. This role calls for anindividual with a strong background in industrial and commercial electricalsystems, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities : 1. Provide expert electrical consultation services to our clients, includingproblem-solving, system design, and project management. 2. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electricians, promoting a culture ofsafety, excellence, and continuous learning. 3. Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects, ensuring all work iscompleted on time, within budget, and according to the highest industrystandards. 4. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment,identifying any potential issues and implementing preventive maintenancemeasures. 5. Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with relevantlocal, state, and federal codes and regulations. 6. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including architects,engineers, and project managers, to ensure all electrical work aligns with theoverall project goals. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and bestpractices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge. Qualifications : 1. Possess a valid Master Electrician license. 2. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master Electrician in theindustrial and commercial sectors. 3. Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians,promoting a culture of safety and excellence. 4. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safetyprocedures. 5. Proven experience in planning and executing electrical projects, ensuringall work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the highestindustry standards. 6. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal electrical codes andregulations. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify andtroubleshoot electrical issues. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with other construction professionals. 9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managingmultiple tasks simultaneously. 11.
