We are on the hunt for a skilled and dedicated Permanent Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality mechanical equipment is produced efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
As a Permanent Mechanical Assembler, your primary duties will include
- Assembling mechanical components according to specifications.
- Examining and testing assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Adjusting, repairing, or replacing faulty components as needed.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Using hand tools and automated equipment to fulfill assembly tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
- Inspecting, operating, and testing completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications.
- Setting up and operating devices or equipment to verify operational performance.
- Providing feedback and input to improve assembly processes and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, and automated machinery.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Pneumatics, PUMPs, and filters.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move heavy equipment.
- A technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
