Job Details
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing setting: aerospace, robotics, automotive, medical device, or similar.
- Advanced user of SolidWorks CAD software.
- Hands-on making experience: wood working, CNC, 3D printing, soldering, and other technical skills; thorough understanding of manufacturing methods, PCBs, waterjet, etc.
- Ability to integrate electronic components into mechanical designs (motors, controllers, sensors, etc.).
- Able to perform tolerance analysis to verify fit and function of designs.
