As a mechanical engineer on our team, you will be overseeing mechanical design projects ranging from small parts to capital projects and operational startups, providing daily support to our manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include machine and parts design using Solidworks, leading process improvements, managing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.

MUST HAVE
- BS in a related field
- 5 years of mechanical engineering design experience
- SolidWorks
- Experience in the manufacturing space, preferably consumer goods or packaging
- Knowledge of Six Sigma Lean manufacturing practices and tools
- Six Sigma belt certification
- Packaging industry experience
- Continuous Improvement
- SAP
