We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and improvement of manufacturing processes, products, and machinery. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical design, engineering analysis, manufacturing processes, machine design, and various engineering software. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product design, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing, and will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical design, engineering analysis, manufacturing processes, machine design, and various engineering software. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product design, fluid mechanics, and manufacturing, and will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and test product solutions.
- Conduct detailed engineering analyses to identify and solve complex mechanical problems.
- Design and optimize machinery and equipment, ensuring safety, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings and specifications to guide production teams.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to predict how products react to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects.
- Conduct product design reviews and apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure manufacturability and quality of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, cost, and production requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in mechanical design, engineering analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Solid experience in machine design, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, engineering drawings, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Proven experience in product design, DFM, and fluid mechanics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
