Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage the design and installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical components.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
- Ensure project compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
