Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all mechanical design and project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and specifications.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
- Review and approve project designs and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.
- 4 years of experience within the mechanical construction industry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
- Proven track record of managing large and complex mechanical projects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical systems and materials.
