Job Description
We're seeking a passionate, detail-oriented senior litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. As a medical malpractice trial attorney, you'll provide expert representation to clients in medical malpractice, general liability defense, and personal injury defense cases. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial motions
- Take the lead in courtroom proceedings, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Collaborate with our team to develop defense strategies and negotiate settlements
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation
Salary : $180,000 - $250,000
