We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent MEP Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and challenging construction projects in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our construction projects, specifically in the Data Center and Mission Critical sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all MEP related activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors, and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all MEP systems are properly integrated into the overall project design and construction process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, and resolve any MEP related issues or problems that may arise.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, and keep all stakeholders informed of project status and any changes or issues that may affect project outcomes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing MEP aspects of Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, from project teams to clients and stakeholders.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant technology.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different project sites as needed.
