- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 3-6 years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience
- Straight A's in your transcript from law school
- Experience coming from a Chambers-ranked Law firm!
- Experience leading diligence, drafting ancillary agreements, & primary deal documents.
