We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving business growth in the mission-critical datacenter cooling industry. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and building high-performing sales teams. This position requires a deep understanding of the mission-critical datacenter market and a strong network of industry contacts.

Responsibilities

As the Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales, you will be responsible for

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
• Leading and managing a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Understanding market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
• Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Ensuring that the sales team adheres to company policies and standards.
• Participating in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s products and services.
• Providing coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate for the Permanent Mission Critical Director of Sales position should possess the following

• A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the mission-critical datacenter cooling industry.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of the mission-critical datacenter market and customer needs.
• Strong relationships with key industry partners and clients.
• The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
