The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise construction, specifically in the luxury market, and experience in managing complex, multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Multifamily Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
• Supervising the construction process, from design to material selection, to ensure the final product meets the specified luxury high-end finishes.
• Leading and managing a team of construction professionals and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with the company's standards and regulations.
• Coordinating and scheduling all construction processes so that projects meet design specifications.
• Ensuring the project stays within the budget and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on-site.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Multifamily Superintendent position must possess the following qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in luxury high-rise and multi-family projects.
• Proven experience in overseeing the construction of high-end finishes and luxury condominium construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid construction safety certification is a plus.
