We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Network Security Administrator withproficiency in Cisco Meraki and Security. This exciting role is based in thefast-paced Energy industry, where you will be responsible for maintaining theintegrity and security of our companys network infrastructure. You will be atthe forefront of developing and implementing robust security measures,ensuring the seamless and secure operation of our network system. This rolerequires an individual with a strong technical background and the ability tohandle complex network changes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5years of experience.

Job Details
Responsibilities : 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organizations network securityinfrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. 2. Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, andprocedures to harden our network systems. 3. Administer and manage Cisco Meraki network solutions, ensuring networksecurity and efficiency. 4. Regularly perform security audits, risk assessments, and analysis toidentify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary countermeasures. 5. Manage VLAN configurations, IP schemas, and routing protocols to ensureoptimal network performance and security. 6. Handle network changes, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining theintegrity and security of the network. 7. Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to develop andimplement network security strategies. 8. Work closely with the Azure cloud platform, ensuring the secureintegration and operation of cloud-based systems. 9. Provide technical support and guidance to staff on network securitymatters. 10. Keep abreast of the latest security trends, threats, and technologies,implementing necessary upgrades and updates to our network securityinfrastructure. Qualifications : 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security administration,preferably in the Energy industry. 3. Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Meraki network solutions and security. 4. Proficiency in network hardening and implementing security measures. 5. Experience with VLAN configurations, IP schemas, and routing protocols. 6. Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and its integration into networksystems. 7. CCNA certification or equivalent is required. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex networkchanges. 9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technicalconcepts to non-technical staff. 10. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest network security trends, threats, andtechnologies. 11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple taskssimultaneously. 12. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsof network security.
