Key Responsibilities
- Develop production and inventory plans through the SIOP process to support supply chain goals.
- Identify and address risks related to service, cost, and inventory within the SIOP and operational timelines.
- Lead and facilitate SIOP and supply chain execution meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement in production planning, scheduling, stockroom, and shipping/receiving operations.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration (Procurement, Supplier Quality, Production, Sales, Engineering) to enhance performance in the SIOP process and order-to-delivery execution.
- Lead the implementation of new systems, including ERP, production scheduling, and warehouse management tools.
- Manage both direct and indirect reports, promoting functional excellence and growth.
- Ensure safety and quality by following all relevant policies and guidelines.
- Report hazardous conditions immediately to a supervisor.
- Work with minimal supervision, be self-driven, and maintain attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science); Master's preferred.
- Experience with supply chain systems (ERP, production planning, warehouse management).
- Proven track record in process improvement and business enhancements.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, procurement, forecasting, or industrial engineering.
- Preferred certifications Lean/Six Sigma, APICS.
- Experience in systems implementation (ERP, scheduling, warehouse management).
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations teams.
- Execute supervisory duties in compliance with company policies and laws.
- Primarily sedentary work, with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Office, manufacturing, and warehouse settings. Compliance with fire regulations and safety practices is required.
- Safety eyewear, ear plugs, and masks as needed in manufacturing areas.
- Communicates with respect and listens actively.
- Maintains a positive attitude and executes tasks efficiently.
- Consistently meets attendance and performance standards.
