Job Details

Our company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position in the Manufacturing industry, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our order fulfillment process. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all order fulfillment operations including order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Implement and maintain efficient and effective order management systems, leveraging ERP and CRM tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement order fulfillment strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Lead and manage a team of order fulfillment staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze order fulfillment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management and making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in order fulfillment, operations, or a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce and online order management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
