Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Jr. to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch administrative support to our leadership ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and fundraising events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain an effective filing system for both digital and physical documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, payroll timesheets, and bank reconciliations
- Point of contact to help with event space, contracts, setup and tear down
- Answering phones and being front facing for the public
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an Executive leader with calendaring, event management, correspondence, fundraising and development, and project management
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Non-profit experience a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter attitude and ability to engage in conversations around race, equity and inclusion

Work Schedule:
This is a fully onsite position, working 36 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday, with some nights/weekends needed for events throughout the year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support and accounting
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
