We are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys in handling personal injury cases. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and analysis on personal injury cases
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for trial and other court appearances
- Managing case files and keeping them organized and up-to-date
- Assisting in the preparation of settlement agreements and other legal documents
- At least 1 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal industry
- Experience in personal injury and litigation is preferred
- Must be fluent in English and bilingual is a plus
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office and legal software applications
