Key Responsibilities
- Experience with Subpoenas
- Personal Injury
- Experience with expert witness
- Must be okay seeing images/videos that could be disturbing (counties and police)
- Manage heavy caseload in a civil litigation environment, ensuring timely progress on all cases.
- Provide full trial support, including preparing exhibits, drafting motions, and coordinating trial logistics.
- Utilize Casemap or other document coding software to organize and manage case documents effectively.
- Draft and issue subpoenas, including those for medical records.
- Assist in preparing expert witnesses, including managing disclosures, depositions, and expert reports.
- Collaborate with attorneys to conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Maintain meticulous records of case files, deadlines, and court requirements.
- Meet and exceed a monthly billing goal of 120 hours.
