Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data security and privacy compliance.
- Draft privacy and data security-related policies and agreements.
- Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.
- MUST HAVE A PORTABLE BOOK OF BUSINESS.
- 8 years as an attorney practicing in Technology and/or Privacy & Data Security law.
- Admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Texas, and/or Washington D.C.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.
- Deep understanding of numerous data security and data privacy laws and regulations preferred.
