- Participate in departmental quality improvement and peer review activities
- Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse population
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation using EHR systems
- Support our mission through occasional additional duties as assigned
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics
- Valid Connecticut medical license and eligibility for DEA and state narcotic registration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Proficiency in electronic health records and evidence-based clinical decision-making
