We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate Pediatrician to join our team in the non-profit industry. This position is a unique blend of healthcare and finance, requiring a candidate with a strong background in pediatrics and an understanding of pediatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining patient records, working in a family clinic setting, and contributing to our non-profit initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in a family clinic setting.
• Conduct regular check-ups to monitor patients' health.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
• Administer vaccines as per the recommended immunization schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Participate in continuous medical education (CMEs) to stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatrics.
• Ensure quality assurance and improvement (QA/QI) in the delivery of healthcare services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to provide coordinated and integrated care.
• Contribute to our non-profit initiatives by providing healthcare services to underprivileged children.
• Apply financial principles in the management of healthcare services, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
  
  

Qualifications

• Board-certified Pediatrician with a valid Physicians and Surgeons Certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatrics.
• CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in maintaining patient records in a clinical setting.
• Experience working in a family clinic and/or non-profit clinic is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Understanding of financial principles in the context of healthcare services is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
