Job Details
Responsibilities
- Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in legal proceedings.
- Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conducting depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to achieve the best possible result for our clients.
- Taking cases to trial when necessary and presenting compelling arguments to a jury.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and involved every step of the way.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience conducting depositions and taking cases to trial.
- Exceptional client relations skills, with a commitment to providing compassionate and empathetic legal representation.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable settlements for our clients.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
