We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The candidate will primarily focus on personal injury cases, and will be responsible for the entire litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement and appeal. This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney to collaborate with our dedicated team of professionals in a high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing personal injury cases and a passion for advocating for clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
- Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death, Auto/Trucking accidents, Workplace Injury, Birth Injury, and Medical Malpractice litigation cases from discovery, pleadings, and negotiations to trials, settlements, and appeals.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, notes, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, interrogatories, and discovery requests.
- Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases, including liaising with claimants, insurance adjusters, and defense attorneys.
- Provide expert legal analysis and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and legal options.
- Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Extensive experience in litigating arbitration and drafting pleadings, motions, POs, and other legal documents.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury law, including trial experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve matters satisfactorily.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated dedication to client service and a passion for achieving justice for clients.
