We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience with personal injury cases, from initial client meeting to resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handling a caseload of all types of personal injury claims.
- Meeting with new and existing clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conducting and managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
- Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with personal injury cases
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
