We also represent individuals in a range of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and more.
- Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trial
- Developing case strategies and theories
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Taking and defending depositions including plaintiff, defendant, experts, and more
- Engaging in settlement negotiations
- Acting as second chair in trials
- Maintaining client communication to provide updates on case progress
- Overseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staff

We are on the hunt for a dedicated, assertive, and highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3 years’ experience in personal injury civil litigation (Plaintiff Side)
- Ability to work in Torrance, CA office at least 4 days/week
- Experience managing own caseload including taking/defending motions, drafting motions, discovery, etc.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
