We are a growing, Insurance Agency in Arcadia, CA, hiring for a Property & Casualty licensed Personal Lines Account Manager (hybrid remote) for $65-75k annually. We offer a phenomenal company culture and tenure across the organization! Our Personal Lines department services a direct-bill, book of $13 million. We are seeking someone who is a team-player and brings 1 years of personal lines experience to join our agency!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong background in account management, marketing, and policy endorsement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of personal lines accounts, utilizing their expertise in Mercury and AMS360. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Mercury and AMS360 software to efficiently manage accounts and track progress.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Oversee the policy endorsement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to your work.
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management in Insurance Agency.
  • Proven experience with Mercury and AMS360 software.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Experience with policy endorsement process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certification in account management or related field is a plus.
