Responsibilities
As a Permanent Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Evaluating and assessing patients' physical conditions, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions and techniques to improve patient function and mobility.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide well-rounded care.
- Providing education to patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises to be done at home.
- Documenting and reporting on patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all professional and ethical guidelines.
- Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest in physical therapy practices.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Physical Therapist role should have
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid PT licensure in any U.S. state.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience with Neuro Vestibular a PLUS but not required.
- Orthopedic patient experience required.
