Job Title : Physician Assistant (PA) – Mental Health

Compensation : Base Salary $120,000 Lucrative Quarterly Revenue Sharing

Employment : Full-time, 1099 to start

Schedule : M-TH 8 : 30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible)

Location : Arroyo Grande, CA

Practice Setting : In-office, with potential hybrid flexibility

Job Details

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver exceptional mental health services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a key member of the behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population.

Your responsibilities include :

Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.

Collaborating with the Supervising Physician to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Managing medication regimens, including prescribing and adjustments based on patient needs.

Providing psychotherapeutic interventions and skill-building techniques.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work as necessary.

Maintaining open and clear communication with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.

Coordinating with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive mental health support.

What We’re Looking For :

Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in California.

Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred.

Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
