Physician - Infectious Disease & Special Populations
Seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to work collaboratively with the Director of Infectious Disease and the Director of Clinical HIV Programs. The Infectious Disease Physician will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focusing on the medical practice of HIV & HEP C programs. Leads quality improvement initiatives with the population health management team. The Infectious Disease Physician is responsible for leading, mentoring, evaluating and disciplining the infectious disease staff and ensuring the highest quality care to the populations served.

Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Infectious Disease
- Licensed in the state of New York
